Before starting my MBA, I worked as a Sample Processing Supervisor in the biotech and analytical testing space, managing daily operations, training teams, and coordinating communication across laboratory, logistics, and quality groups. These responsibilities strengthened my leadership, problem‑solving, and workflow management skills.

Alongside my technical work, I collaborated with fitness and wellness brands on content and community engagement, which sparked my interest in marketing, brand strategy, and the business side of sports. These combined experiences prepared me for my transition into marketing and sports management.
