Hannah Baker

Prior to pursuing my MBA, I built a foundation in leadership, training, communication, and performance improvement through roles in education and health, safety, and environmental support. My experience includes developing people, translating complex information into practical action, supporting compliance-focused initiatives, and using data to improve outcomes.

I currently serve as an HSE Coordinator at Certarus, where I support safety programs, employee training, process improvement, and cross-functional communication within the energy sector. My background gives me a unique perspective on corporate leadership by combining people development, technical communication, and an understanding of how systems, culture, and execution influence performance.
