Kiara Bond

Prior to beginning my MBA at Texas A&M University’s Mays Business School, I built more than eight years of progressive leadership experience in graduate medical education (GME) administration with the Medical College of Wisconsin. I currently serve as an Education Program Manager level 2, overseeing operations across 12 residency and fellowship programs while leading a team of Education Program Coordinators. My experience includes directing ACGME accreditation and compliance initiatives, supporting new residency and fellowship program development, managing multi-program budgets, developing operational policies and standard operating procedures, and partnering with physicians, faculty, and executive leadership to improve organizational performance.

Throughout my career, I have successfully led accreditation efforts resulting in full ACGME approval, helped launch new residency programs, standardized compliance processes across multiple programs, and implemented initiatives that improved operational efficiency and staff development. My background combines healthcare operations, strategic planning, regulatory compliance, and team leadership, providing a strong foundation as I pursue an MBA to expand my expertise in organizational leadership and healthcare administration.
