I started in film and television production at Sony Pictures, where working close to senior leadership on active series showed me how creative decisions translate into real economics and pulled me toward finance. Today I work as an operations analyst at a real estate technology company, where I sit at the intersection of the numbers and the business, handling revenue and accounts-receivable analysis, invoicing reconciliation, and the BI and data-quality work that keeps reporting honest. Longer term I want to put my media and entertainment background to work as a differentiated lens, whether that's helping a company run its financials or helping an investor understand a sector.
