With over 20 years of experience in aviation and high-stakes operations, I have developed strong leadership capabilities managing small, high-performing teams in dynamic and demanding environments. As an MD-11 Captain, I am responsible for safe and efficient global flight operations while maintaining the highest standards of decision-making under pressure. Earlier in my career, I gained valuable exposure working with executives in the National Football League and Fortune 100 oil and gas companies across operational, social, and hospitality settings.

Concurrently, I help manage our family-owned hospitality businesses in the rapidly growing community of Fredericksburg, Texas. This experience has deepened my interest in strategic growth, legacy preservation, and expansion opportunities (including potential franchising) which ultimately led me to pursue the Texas A&M Flex Online MBA.
