My name is Adora Ajuzie. I’m Nigerian born and bred with an undergrad degree in Biochemistry from the university of Calabar. Post my undergrad degree, I have worked with several organization like the British Council and the Gates Foundation in different capacities which include projects and programs design and management, grant management, communications and strategy design, with the sole goal to deliver impact wherever I find myself.
I have also consulted for Africa No Filter, an arm of Rockefeller Philanthropy, and Kugali Media, to design strategies around their creative portfolio and build a project management office for a Disney Hyperion project, respectively.
I am very passionate about problem solving, creating structures, strategy design and the concept around ‘how things work’. After my time at the Gates Foundation where I had a short stint working with the strategy team, I decided to pursue an MBA and MS Analytics at Mays Business School, Texas A&M, to further build my skills and capacity as a way to bring more value to the workforce.
I am drawn to X company because it’s a problem-solving focused organization. X organization build technology and leverages innovation to change the world, and the people are at the core of it.
This culture of innovation and excellence align strongly with my personal values. I believe that with my analytical, project management, operations management, and communications skills, and with the experience I have garnered both within the classroom and workplace, I am a perfect fit for this organization and we can collaboratively deliver impact together.
