Austin Hinrichs

My name is Austin Hinrichs, and I hold a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University. Throughout my career, I have demonstrated a unique blend of strategic thinking, analytical skills, and effective communication. With diverse experience across R&D, sales, engineering design, and most recently, production engineering, I’ve developed a deep understanding of the interconnectedness between engineering and business strategy. This insight inspired me to pursue an MBA, equipping me with the knowledge to enhance and lead business processes.

In my role as a production engineer, I developed expertise in optimizing manufacturing processes, ensuring quality control, and implementing cost-saving measures. I collaborated with cross-functional teams and departments to troubleshoot issues, streamline operations, and enhance productivity in an aerospace and defense materials company. This role not only deepened my technical expertise but also enhanced my leadership and project management capabilities.

I am passionate about understanding how things work, connecting with others, and fostering collaboration to solve complex problems. My drive to lead has consistently pushed me to take on leadership roles where I can guide and empower my peers to reach their full potential.
