Blake Hajdik

Howdy! I am Blake Hajdik. I have two internships of experience in the oil & gas industry with NOV. I have a Bachelor of Science in Manufacturing and Mechanical Engineering Technology from Texas A&M University. My passion lies within manufacturing, project solutions, and bridging the gap between technical work and business insight with my MBA to help companies operate more efficiently, solve complex problems, and grow effectively.

Before the MBA program, I developed a strong foundation in engineering and manufacturing environments, where I learned the value of solving design issues, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Since then, I’ve focused on expanding my business knowledge, with particular interest in operations, project management, analytics, and eventually senior management. I enjoy taking a data-driven approach to identify inefficiencies, produce better workflows, and help push teams towards common goals.

What makes me unique is my ability to communicate across different disciplines such as engineering and business while developing solutions that make sense both on the shop floor and in the boardroom. Whether it's leading projects, analyzing performance metrics, or building solutions to cross-functional problems. I truly thrive in roles that require both analytical skills and collaborative leadership.

Looking more into the future, I am seeking opportunities in manufacturing, mechanical engineering, or operations but am truly open to any role where I can apply my skills and strengths to make a meaningful impact.
