Howdy! My name is Brendon Pell. Whether supporting people or driving business forward, I leverage real-world technical solutions to create impact that counts.
I am a prior Military Software Engineer and current MBA candidate at Texas A&M University, transitioning to leadership roles at the intersection of technology and business. I specialize in bridging the gap between complex technical capabilities and strategic business outcomes.
I joined the Army in 2018 as a litigation paralegal, spending five years managing complex court-martial cases across international locations. While developing skills in legal research, leadership, and cross-cultural team management, I discovered my true passion: solving problems through technology.
The pivot was competitive. I competed against a diverse selection of soldiers for just 16 software engineering slots within Army Futures Command. Upon hand selection, I immersed myself in intensive technical training, working alongside industry professionals from Palantir and Broadcom to build real solutions for real problems.
What I delivered: Scalable solutions supporting thousands of users with exceptional reliability. | Strategic platforms that transformed organizational coordination and efficiency. | Cross-functional initiatives that streamlined critical processes. | High-performance systems designed for mission-critical operations.
What makes my perspective unique: I understand both worlds deeply. I've presented technical solutions to military leaders and collaborated in development sprints with engineering teams. I can sit in strategy meetings with high-ranking officers and walk into agile development sessions with equal effectiveness.
Current focus: Leadership roles where strategy meets execution, technical depth drives decisions, and cross-functional collaboration creates competitive advantages.
As I pursue my MBA at Texas A&M, I'm building on this foundation to transform how organizations approach technology and operations. Whether in defense, business transformation, or wherever the mission leads, I'm dedicated to building solutions that matter.
Building solutions that matter.
