David Pham

Howdy! My name is David Pham, and I am passionate about making a positive impact both in my workplace and community. During my undergraduate studies in mechanical engineering at Texas A&M University, I undertook internships at various Lockheed Martin locations nationwide. These experiences allowed me to lead engineering projects, including designing CAD models crucial for program testing and analysis. Notably, I successfully led a small-scale leak test that achieved a maximum pressure leakage of only 5%, facilitating the program's progression from research and development to manufacturing.

In my capstone project, I served as financial lead and project manager for a team that developed an active stabilization system. This system aids in transporting organs and sensitive equipment between hospitals via drones. These experiences not only sharpened my technical skills but also highlighted the importance of cross-functional collaboration and resource management, both of which have shaped my leadership style.

Beyond technical achievements, my most fulfilling experiences involved volunteering at Title 1 schools, where I mentored youth in engineering through engaging science experiments. Witnessing their curiosity and passion for learning reinforced my dedication to helping others, particularly those from underserved backgrounds.

These roles and experiences fueled my desire to pursue an Engineering MBA at Texas A&M University, drawn to its core value of selfless service, which resonates deeply with my own principles.
