Kavin Kasimani

As a mechanical engineer, I have consistently aimed to create sustainable impact through innovative projects. This passion led me to join a green mobility manufacturing venture as a Production Manager, where I led a team of 25 associates, most of whom were older than me. Despite the age difference, I successfully achieved our deliverables by fostering collaboration. My curiosity drove me to learn from cross-functional teams after my off shift-hours, which later helped in implementing system-based operations across our site at a faster pace. This contributed to our facility being recognized as the 'Best Site of the Year' among 150+ global locations.

Building on my operational experience, I transitioned into project management in the automotive industry, managing projects that spanned streamlining B2B and B2C supply chains, sourcing global vendors for an IoT project, integrating ERP systems, and executing post-merger technological synergies, including robotic process automation. My career journey working at different business scales - startup, SME, and MNC has given me a comprehensive understanding of global business dynamics.

To further develop my international business acumen, I am currently pursuing an MBA and MS in Analytics at Texas A&M. Throughout my journey, I’ve been passionate about mentoring and empowering others, whether by supporting colleagues or identifying potential leaders in my team and helping them advance their careers. Currently, I’m seeking a strategic role where I can utilize my technical and managerial expertise to embrace new challenges and drive impactful change within an organization.
