Howdy! My name is Kristopher Mundo. While achieving my undergraduate degree from the University of Houston in Marketing, I realized my love for understanding who people are and combining that with data to create the best path forward for both the customer and company. That continued understanding and lifelong learning is what led me to pursue my MBA at Texas A&M, allowing me to increase my business knowledge and reach my maximum potential.

I thrive in creating solutions for problems that people don’t see. Throughout my career, I have shown this numerous times. In my first role, I led the way in the creation of templates so the simulations for all projects did not start from scratch. Seeing the pattern in the project allowed for a better flow in the creation of each project, allowing us to jump ahead of the deadlines. After graduating, I went on to work in sales for a wholesale distribution company primarily providing products for the oil & gas industry. There, I continued to excel in the creation of solutions for problems that people didn’t recognize. While doing so, I flourished in getting to know people so that I could provide the best for both the customer and company. From the jump, I saw the need and created the marketing analytics tools for the company, primarily using Excel, Google Analytics, and SEMrush, so I could provide accurate feedback to the people doing the marketing campaigns, allowing for an increase in traffic of 40% in the first 12 months.

Following that, I recognized the need for the implementation of e-commerce in our company, so I directed the development and launch of the platform, leading to more than $50,000 in the first 3 months. Most importantly, this allowed us to further our reach to places that we were not able to travel to in person by picking up customers in the Northeast, Pacific Northwest, and remote locations where lift stations typically operate. While continually problem-solving, I always made sure to be leading my company in sales by using analytical tools like Excel and Google Analytics, being strategic about the changing climate and our customer focus and always looking ahead to my future and where I want the company to be. In my first year, I led the company to 40% growth, followed by 55% in my second year. I was named Employee of the Year in 2024, not just for this reason, but also for always striving to provide a positive impact by improving team efficiency, supporting and teaching others, and consistently looking for ways I can learn and grow the company.

That is what excites me about any organization that values to partner, act, & innovate. Being able to get to know the customers, understand who they are, and provide them with innovative solutions before they even realize they need them is why I know I would be a great fit for your organization. I am excited to grow with a company that shares such similar values and goals.
