Howdy! I’m Kushagra, and I’m currently a Full-Time MBA and MS Analytics student at Texas A&M. My journey has always been about empathy and growth. Early in my career, I realized that the most effective solutions come from truly understanding the needs of others. This mindset has guided me since my undergraduate days, where I graduated top of my class in Electrical & Electronics Engineering with a Summa Cum Laude. It wasn’t just about achieving academic excellence; it was about using knowledge to create meaningful impact.

This realization pushed me into the world of strategy consulting at ZS Associates, where I got the opportunity to work closely with Fortune 500 clients in the Medical Technology industry. One of my proudest moments there was leading a project that uncovered over $200M in growth opportunities by tailoring customer segmentation to address real patient needs. For me, it went beyond just crunching numbers; it was about building actionable strategies that made a tangible impact on people's lives.

Now, as I navigate my MBA, my focus is on enhancing my analytical and leadership skills to develop solutions that not only drive business growth but also form genuine connections with people. I’m excited to explore 2025 internship opportunities where I can bring my passion for strategic impact and thoughtful execution to a team that's passionate about creating a positive difference.
