Luke Herbeck

Howdy! My name is Luke Herbeck. I am passionate about driving business growth through strategic partnerships, data-driven decision-making, and cross functional teamwork. My background in forecasting, market analysis, and presenting to senior leaders has prepared me to excel in building and expanding key national accounts.

I am currently pursuing my MBA, which is giving me deeper insight into business strategy, leadership, and advanced analytics. The program is challenging me to solve complex business problems and collaborate with diverse teams, all while broadening my ability to think critically and make informed decisions.

I’ve found that one of my strengths is taking data and turning it into strategies that deliver measurable results. That might mean identifying a new category opportunity, improving operational efficiency for a partner, or putting together a joint business plan that everyone can get behind. I enjoy connecting insights with effective communication to influence decision makers and move a plan forward.

During my internships with Trinity Industries and Bruckner’s Truck & Equipment, I created long-term forecasts, led process improvement projects, and presented my recommendations directly to executive leadership. This hands-on exposure strengthened my analytical skills and taught me how to guide conversations toward productive outcomes.

As President of my fraternity and Executive Vice President of the Texas A&M IFC, I led large, diverse teams, aligned multiple stakeholders around shared initiatives, and fostered organizational relationships that advanced shared goals. Those leadership experiences reinforced the importance of aligning people and resources to get meaningful results.

By combining my MBA experience with a background in business and leadership, I am excited to bring an analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills to an organization where innovation and growth are priorities. I look forward to contributing to a team that values collaboration and is dedicated to driving meaningful results through strategic, forward-thinking solutions.
