Howdy! My name is Michelle Garland. I am a Supply Chain Manager in the sports nutrition industry with a BS in Supply Chain Management from Sam Houston State University. I’m passionate about building structure where there is complexity and creating systems that enable businesses to scale efficiently.
In my current role, I oversee inventory strategy and multi-channel distribution across warehouses, Amazon marketplaces, and manufacturing partners, ensuring operational alignment from forecast to fulfillment. I’ve led initiatives to streamline large-scale inventory systems, improve demand planning accuracy, and automate manual reporting processes—driven by a constant desire to make operations more scalable, efficient, and data-informed.
I’m naturally analytical, highly organized, and proactive; I enjoy digging into messy spreadsheets, identifying inefficiencies, and redesigning processes so they work smarter and support growth. My curiosity about “how things work” and how data can power better decisions led me to pursue a Master’s in Analytics at Texas A&M’s Mays Business School.
I believe my blend of hands-on operational leadership, technical curiosity, and disciplined execution allows me to not only solve immediate challenges but also build sustainable systems that create long-term impact.
