Howdy! My name is Rucha.
I began my career as a Junior SEO Analyst and, over 4.5 years, advanced through roles as analyst, strategist, and management associate to become the youngest Head of Department in my company. This journey reflects my ability to adapt quickly, take initiative, and deliver results in dynamic environments.
I earned my B.Tech in IT, where I built strong foundations in logic, programming, and data. A final-semester course in SEO sparked my passion for the intersection of technology and marketing. After my undergrad, I was very intentional about wanting to work in a startup environment simply because of the ample learning and growth opportunities possible there. That led me to join a Swedish B2B digital marketing startup.
At the company, I was able to grow quickly, not just by refining my analytical skills, but by developing marketing strategies, managing people, and solving business problems. I experienced a merger, an acquisition, the strategic re-structuring of a company, and the creation of additional revenue streams. I scaled from individual contributor to leading a 15-member team, achieving 100% retention of key personnel while managing operations for 50+ clients across Scandinavia, the US, and the UK. I also initiated and led an AI-driven digital transformation, automating 65% of processes, resulting in over 40% efficiency improvement and aligning services with Gen AI advancements. These experiences deepened my curiosity about how AI can transform businesses and give companies a significant competitive advantage by improving efficiency, personalizing customer experiences, and accelerating innovation.
My journey made me fall in love with “business”: the creation, building, and scaling of it. Therefore, I am currently pursuing an MBA + MS in Analytics at Texas A&M, expanding my expertise in strategy, data, and AI. I am particularly drawn to roles in product management, innovation, or growth, where I can bridge strategy, creativity, and technology to build impactful solutions.
