Building a sustainable footwear startup during my undergraduate years by empowering marginalized Dalit artisans to create carbon- negative shoes
ignited my passion for using business as a force for social good. This experience shaped my belief in the power of strategic product development to transform lives and drive meaningful change.
Transitioning into marketing and later into product management roles at Robi Axiata, Bangladesh’s second-largest telecom company, I coordinated the lifecycle management of products using strategic analysis, financial modeling, and agile methodologies. These initiatives were not only recognized at the Asian Telcom Awards, but also have established industry standards for consumer ad- targeting in Bangladesh. In a pre-ChatGPT era, I led the development of one of the most advanced chatbots in South Asia, achieving $20Mn annual cost savings in service operations across four other Axiata subsidiaries in Indonesia, Sri Lanka, Cambodia, and Nepal. Throughout my roles in Robi, I am known for my positive attitude, integrity, sense of humor, and fervor for analytical storytelling.
I bring the same curiosity and drive to Texas A&M's Mays Business School, where I am pursuing an MBA and an MS in Analytics. Here, I am acquiring advanced technical and managerial skills to emerge as a leader in the digital transformation space.
