Howdy! My name is Taylor Francis. I enjoy thinking outside of the box to figure out creative solutions to unique problems. I’m actively pursuing my Master of Business Administration, as well as a Master of Science in Analytics, at Texas A&M University. Prior to shifting into an operations and process role, I completed my undergraduate degree in Public Health. I’ve always had an interest in the healthcare field, and my recent experience in process improvement piqued my curiosity about business decision making.

Due to my strong attention to detail, I’ve created or updated the standard operating procedure documentation at each of the organizations I’ve worked at. My in-depth understanding of current procedures allowed me to spot inefficiencies and improve on them. As I transitioned into designing and implementing automated solutions, I realized I needed to understand the data and best business practices behind my suggestions.

My most rewarding project was automating the recruiting and onboarding process for youth caregivers at half a dozen U.S. Customs and Border Protection sectors. From creating email templates to integrating Salesforce, formstack, and mulesoft, the nearly 40% decrease in cycle time has enabled the company to hire new employees at scale.

Looking to the future, I’m drawn to operations and systems analytics. I love discovering problems to solve and working on creative solutions, and my passion for pattern recognition and analytics keeps this kind of work exciting. Data-driven decision making is increasingly important, and I hope to find a home at the intersection of business strategy and systems integration.
