Howdy! I’m Thomas Ciampi. I am able to connect and work with people from all walks of life and wide ranges of backgrounds with carefully crafted approaches. I grew up in the Middle East and studied alongside 115 different cultures. I saw firsthand the opportunities and benefits Energy companies provide. It was also there that I truly understood how each person is unique, but at the end of the day we are all still people. Though our stories and experiences set us apart, we all know the currency of life is a smile and a laugh. And with a little bit of time anyone can work together for a common goal.

Though my time researching birds had little human interaction, I learned the importance of a hard day's work – sweating from sun up to sun down in search of a bird that I never saw – I didn’t quit until the job was done, planning a full day in the field as not to have lose an hour of precious time. I also made sure the data inscribed with my name was held to the highest level of integrity.

I left the marsh and mosquitoes behind in search of a role that allowed me to further refine my communication skills and professionalism. I ended up visiting nearly every major biotech laboratory between Los Angeles and New York and from Toronto to Houston. It was in the labs that I learned the true importance of details. That one misstep could contaminate a batch of life-saving medications. However, the quite hours on airplanes turned out to be conducive for reading the Journal and self-reflection and . I concluded I needed to be a role that would use my interpersonal skills and my affinity for finance and economic trends. It was shortly after that that I became an AVP and was granted a quarter of a million dollars in loan authority.

As a community banker I learned the importance of preparation, reading a room and the ability to get in front of anyone.
