Howdy! I’m Yeager Dicus and my career path has been unconventional. I began by working in college football recruiting but transitioned to managing high-risk credit portfolios for a French fry company. If you know how those two careers connect, let me know because I can’t figure it out.
These days I’m most energized by work that sits close to the customer. I like selling, listening, and turning what I hear into clear actions for a team. On the sales side I enjoy helping people make better decisions in the field and building the kind of relationships that actually move results.
I am also drawn to brand work. I care about why people choose a product, not just what they buy. The best brands become part of a customer’s story and make people feel like they matter. My mom says, “Nobody cares what you have to say until they know how much you care,” and I have found that to be true in business too.
My background in finance gives me a helpful lens. I am comfortable with numbers, risk, and trade-offs, which keeps the story honest and the plans realistic.
As someone who is naturally forward-looking, I think a lot about where customers are headed and how brands can stay relevant in a fast-changing world. My goal is to help companies build lasting value and stay in tune with their audiences in ways that feel real, meaningful, and future proof.
