Howdy! My name is Brandon Landry. I’m a recent graduate from Texas A&M University with a degree in Industrial Distribution from the College of Engineering. I bring a rare combination of hands-on technical experience, strong interpersonal communication, and leadership under pressure, traits that allow me to drive results in complex, fast-paced environments.
Over the past three summers, I’ve developed a well-rounded skill set in technical sales, solution development, and operational strategy through internships with Heat Transfer Solutions and Motion Industries. At HTS, I designed custom HVAC systems, built detailed project quotes, and managed procurement for large-scale construction timelines. I regularly collaborated with MEP engineers and both general and mechanical contractors, translating between differing priorities, managing expectations, and ensuring alignment across the board. These projects taught me how to adapt to a range of
communication styles, resolve conflict, and build trust between teams with different backgrounds and goals.
This past summer at Motion Industries, I conducted a site-wide audit of more than 2,500 MRO parts at one of Ball Metal's major manufacturing plants. My analysis helped streamline procurement, eliminate redundancy, and identify crossovers for consolidation. As a result, Motion secured a company-wide supply contract for all Ball Metal facilities in Texas, projected to generate an additional $1–2 million in annual sales. I also provided field support by troubleshooting operational inefficiencies and recommending tailored solutions for strategic accounts. This has sharpened my ability to communicate value, solve real-world problems, and drive process improvements for industrial customers.
What sets me apart is my ability to bridge the gap between technical complexity and human connection. I’ve demonstrated leadership as an executive board member of Sigma Chi, competed on the Texas A&M Wakeboarding Team, and earned the Presidential Service Award through long-term volunteer service. These experiences reinforced the importance I place on trust, accountability, and giving back. I take pride in being someone who can listen first, solve problems quickly, and follow through.
Looking ahead, I’m excited to launch my career in technical sales and eventually grow into a corporate account management role, where I can continue creating long-term value for customers and building partnerships that last. Thank you for your time, and I look forward to connecting soon.
