Matthew Boisvert

Howdy! My name is Matthew Boisvert. I embody the values of “altruistic” and the “glue that brings teams together”. The key takeaway from my experiences is that my strengths lie in effectively communicating with different departments through various languages to ensure we are all on the same page. I want to experience that within operations.

Teams don’t have to be in the same department. I have led diverse teams across various departments, shifts, and companies to deliver key project milestones. At Amazon, I had to develop the vendor returns department from scratch and developed an inventory management process that saved around 22.6k annually. This meant bringing together the safety, learning, and operations teams to build something efficient and sustainable after my internship was completed. As a floor leader at Rokrbox, a real estate ISA, I needed to bring together lead real estate brokers with our implementation team to ensure we were calling the right people and communicating the right information, so that our callers were being the best resource in representing over 60 different real estate agencies across North America. I was the translator, ensuring that everyone understood what was required in terms they could comprehend, so that they could take a step back, assess the overall goal, and work towards it with their respective tasks.

Now, I am building upon this foundation through my MBA, and I’m seeking opportunities where I can contribute to the operations of manufacturing and quality processes. With an undergraduate background in biomedical engineering, I bring a strong technical foundation, but my real interest lies in driving efficiency, ensuring compliance, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver results. I’m especially drawn to roles where I can help organizations streamline operations, optimize processes, and bridge the gap between technical expertise, business strategy, and operational execution.
